How often do you brush your teeth?

You can download your own tooth brushing schedule here.

It is set up to help you brush twice a day, but you may want to tweak that if you need to.

This is a great way of remembering to brush your teeth.

You can also sign off on your achievement at the end of the week!

If someone else is responsible for brushing your teeth for you, they can sign too.

My action plan

This download is really useful for developing and documenting an Oral Healthcare Plan.

Basically, this action plan is about the things that you can do to keep your teeth healthy. You can keep information on looking after your teeth in this booklet or put it somewhere that will help others to support you.

You can do the action plan on your own or you can ask someone to help you. Your key worker, a family member, nurse or your dental professional could help.
You can use words, drawings, photographs, pictures, or symbols.
Remember this is your information, so you can decide who to share it with.

These checklists can be downloaded and they each accompany the respective video as numbered.
